AKAM - Santulit Ahaar

In reference to "CBSE programme AKAM" LIS observed Healthy Eating and Fitness week with series of activities, one of which was conducted on December 4,2021 for classes1-5. An interactive session on 'Santulit Ahaar 'aimed at inspiring students to follow Balanced diet regime. Students participated enthusiastically sharing their bit of known facts about food and diet during the session.
