Creating a more sustainable world is in everybody’s interest, but it’s particularly important for this generation, who could face even greater challenges. That is why we believe that sustainability and renewable energy are the future. Like every year this year also Sunita’s Maker space celebrated "MAKER'S DAY" 2021 – 22 under the theme ‘MOTHER NATURE’.
Makers Day is the most awaited event of the year to all the schools under Gajera trust. The day is celebrated every year to mark the anniversary of Sunita’s Makers Space. Sunita's Makerspace is a skill enhancing drive initiated by the Gajera Trust which provides a Space where learners can Dream, Design and Create. It is the hub of learning for the young minds where they can explore, experiment and implement new ideas and imaginations. This year also LIS KG has commenced its preparation for Makers Day. The event was divided into six competitions and 2 activities - The Art of Fashion, Clay Modeling and Nature Melody for group- 1 and Green Art, Junior Eco Start up and Trash to Treasure for Group- 2. The activities are Nature is speaking and Talk on sustainability talk shows. The participants were zealous to contribute their best in the event. The Trust had provided a platform wherein they could showcase their efficiency in above given categories.

Kids actively took part in the competitions and activities. The activities were open for all the Kinder Gajerians between the age group of 3 to 6 years.
Activity like- Nature Is Speaking aims to raise awareness that people need nature in order to survive. Talk on sustainability creates awareness for sustainable world. Humanity has damaged and ruined nature in different ways. Competitions like- Green Art, Nature Melody and The Art of Fashion made us understand the significance and value of our mother nature. Junior eco Start up, Trash to treasure prepared us to behave accordingly to tackle it effectively. To rescue our future generations, we need to save nature. Judges from different background were invited to prepare the results.
