Father's Day Celebration

Father's Day is a special day that we celebrate to honor our fathers, grandfathers, and other father figures in our lives. It's a day to show them how much we love and appreciate all that they do for us. In grade 1 and 2, children are just beginning to understand the importance of family and the significance of special days like Father's Day.

At LIS, we celebrate Father's Day in a number of fun and engaging ways to help the children understand the importance of this day. Here's a glimpse of what we do to celebrate Father's Day for grade 1 and 2 kids.

1. Hand Print Actuvity

2. Pyramid Making With Glass

3. Bowling

4. Candle blowing

5. Flip-tac-toe

6. Dance like nobody is watching

Celebrating Father's Day in school is always a fun and special occasion for kids and their fathers. It's a great way to show the children the importance of celebrating the fathers in their lives and the essential role that fathers play. Children learn the significance of valuing and cherishing the time they get to spend with their fathers.

In conclusion, Father's Day is not just about a gift or a celebration. It's also about recognizing a father's love, sacrifice, and selflessness towards their children. It's about showing fathers how important they are, and how much they mean to us. At school, we try our best to make Father's Day a meaningful and memorable experience for our grade 1 and 2 kids and their fathers.
