LIS observed day 1 of National Science Week on February 21, 2022. To promote awareness about the conservation of energy and environment, a special assembly was organised for the students of classes I-XII on the theme- Science, a boon to conserve energy,

The assembly presentation included socially implicative messages, pledge, speech presentation by students, Ramp walk by young scientists highlighting the important contributions of the research scientists,

The assembly was addressed by principal sir to gear them up to be more thoughtful about energy consumption.
