Seminar on Puberty- 20/04/2022

"It's probably just puberty." New emotions New feelings.

Still to discuss puberty and the feelings that come with its changes is the need of the hour.

A seminar was conducted for the girls of classes 4 to 8 regarding puberty and adolescent issues, on April 20, 2022. The eminent speaker was Ms. Anupama Gour (Special educator)

Ms. Anupama gave a presentation on Myths and Superstitions about menstruation and other related issues. She also talked about the problems faced by the girls during this time. Open ended discussion was conducted on personal hygiene, adequate and healthy diet and self esteem It was indeed an informative session for the growing up girls.
