Vasant Panchami and Republic Day Celebration

"Let us not forget the rich heritage of our country and feel proud to be a part of this nation."

The campus of Laxmi Vidyapeeth was filled with the spirit of patriotism and spirituality as we celebrated Vasant Panchami and Republic Day today.

The celebration started with Vasant Panchami Puja and Havan in Laxmi Vidyapeeth Shiv Temple at 7:00 am.

After taking blessings from goddess Saraswati we celebrated India’s 74th Republic Day with a great eclat in the Dhwani auditorium. The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity.

The program began at 9:00 am.

The auditorium was decorated with tricolor flowers and national flags. We were beside ourselves with joy. Everyone was feeling very patriotic and happy because it was a matter of great pride for all of us. After all, on this day the constitution of India came into force and our country became a republic.

The chief guest for the day was Lt.Col Ratnesh Sinha (Retd). The celebration was graced by all the LVS dignitaries and heads,

The chief guest and heads presided over the flag unfurling ceremony by our school band and March past team. Our chief guest unfurled the National flag.

The celebration continued as

the students brought the stage alive with their passion and love of the motherland through their speech, vibrant dance, and songs.

The school auditorium reverberated with patriotic favor and enthusiasm by our school choir song.

The chief guest addressed the students and urged them to do their best and feel proud to be Indian.

Mr.Patil director of Laxmi Institute of Technology in his speech shared a few facts related to Republic Day and sir also highlighted the importance of this special occasion.

Our respected Principal sir too addressed our students on this special occasion with his inspirational words.

The celebration came to an end singing the National song.

The teachers and students dispersed after taking blessings in form of prasad and with the image of the fluttering tricolor in their minds and heart.

We are truly grateful to Gajera Trust and Management for their continuous support and guidance to carry forward such events and celebrations successfully.

May we continue celebrating this day forever!

Happy Republic Day
