World Environment Day - LIS Primary and Secondary

“Environment is our baby and protecting it is each one’s responsibility.”

On the special occasion of World Environment Day, Laxmi International School observed and responsibly conducted a number of activities to foster awareness and broaden horizons of young minds towards thinking and creating sustainable environment. The competitions organized were painting competition and model making for classes 1-12. Wide range of topics like ‘Save Earth Save Life,’ ‘Affordable and clean energy,’ ‘Sustainable Cities and Communities’ were chosen to promote creative thinking among students. The aim of organizing the events was engage children in a creative exercise to identify their hopes and dreams of the future and to enhance the learner’s talent, critical thinking, research and innovation. It was overwhelming to see the young minds participate and present so enthusiastically making today’s the event productive and a grand success. The incharge teachers and incharge judges motivated and appreciated the students for the exuberant talents they displayed.
